Landscape and sign island in Bethal School Road needs to be identified as a coam~n area to be maintained by Homeowner's Association. Dimensions of island should be indicated on the plat. Improvements to Harris Road should be included in these plans. This addition, the Big Cedar Addition and the existing Villages of Coppell Addition would all be better served with a 60-foot wide right-of-way on Harris Road and 37' beck-to-back pavement from the existing Harris Road pavement south to Brooks Lane. 4.
