Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment Table, along with a copy
of the Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Plesse make payment to the City of Coppell in thc amount of $6.777.41 and forward the check to
the Engineering Department along with a copy ofthe Fee Assessment Table. This amount is the
portion of the asscsscd fees that need to be paid prior to Cotmcil approval. Also provide a copy
of Ibc Engineer's estimate or contract to our office so the 2% & 4% construction inspection fcc
can be verified.
Please note that the Texas Leg]slalure, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water
and Sewer lmpaet Fees until the issuance ora Building Pen'nit.
The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be
paid by separate check al the new Public Works Service Center. 816 S. Coppell Road Meters
will be ordered when those fees are paid.
Appropriate payment of thc required fees will hc)p insure a successful beginning of this project.
