Dear Kenneth:
we are in the process of completing ithe fill :for The Estates of
Cambridge Manor. TO complete the process, ou~iclient purchased a
tract of land east of the site. To transporti the material tolthe
site, it will be necessary to disturb a section of DeForest R~ad.
Approximately 550 L.F. of roadway will be disturbed. DeForest Road
appears to consist of a combination of flexbase (approximatel~ 3"
thick) with a poor surface course of 1"; The roadway' is
approximately 15 feet wide.
We recommend that the surface be scarified, and re-compacted on :the
existing surface. Upon the completion of the haul operation, we
will replace the surface with a 2" surface Course treatement of
H.M,A.C.
