This is going to seem like a weird question (and it is) but, I have a builder that claims they paid a $100 tap
fee to Joan for this project. With that fee, they also submitted a permit for dry bore/street cut. Ordinarily, I
don't believe that you issue these permits and take the fees from your office but I assume that Joan didn't
know that. Do you have any records showing the payments of the fees and do you have a copy of the
permit? Please let me know ASAP. Thanks, Debbie!
