Per the discussion in last weeks DRC meeting, I informed you that
I would send you a fee assessment for the above referenced
project. Below I have listed each fee and the time due.
Water Impact Fee
1 - 5/8" x 3/4" Water Meter - 1 ESU @ $650.00 ESU = Total $650.00
Wastewater Impact Fee
1 - 5/8" x 3/4" Water Meter @ 1 ESU @ $450.00 ESU = Total $450.00
* Ail impact fees due prior to Council approval of final plat.
Water Tap Fee
1 - Connection @ $100.00 ea. = Total $100.00
Sewer Tap Fee
1 - Connection @ $100.00 each = Total $100.00
* Ail tap fees due prior to issuance of building permit.
