Sandy Lake Road Professional Services Agreement changes
Daring the course of the design of Sandy Lake Road there have been some modifications to
the Scope of Services.
Those are itemized as 1 through 6 on Profession Service Agreement//3:
1. This was a deleting of 1 public meeting.
2. There were additional easements required than what was originally thought.
3. The staking of the property corners were assumed to be "per parcel" but the contract
was actually written "per property corner".
4. This was a survey requested to re-verify exiting conditions
construction because the original survey had taken place in
developments along Sandy Lake had taken place since that time.
5. Thi.g was a request to survey the Ashton Ridge screening wall to insure that it was
not in conflict with proposed Sandy Lake Road construction.
6. This was a special public meeting with exhibits concerning TU Electric trnn.~mi~ion
lines in 1994. Verbal approval was given but no official paperwork was processed at
that time.
