Water utilities personnel have conducted a final walk-through of
the above referenced project and the following items were found to
be deficient.
1)
Sanitary Sewer lines on Cove Drive and Bay Circle Drive
need to be flushed and someone from the Utilities Division
will need to be present to verify proper flow through each
manhole.
2) Cove Drive - Lot 10 - Regrout inside of manhole ring.
3)
Bay Circle Drive - Lot 9 - Regrout outside of manhole
ring.
4)
Bay Circle - Lot 6 - Lower manhole ring and lid to curb
grade, then regrout inside and out.
5) Bay Circle Drive - Lot 1 - Lower manhole ring and lid,
then regrout inside and outside.
6) Bay Circle Drive and Parkway.

Please insure that each of these items are corrected prior to
acceptance of this project.
