We have reviewed this replat with the Public Works Department
Section Heads and have the following comments:
The applicant must meet with the Streets Superintendent to
address street light and street sign fees and requirements.
A new utility plan must be submitted for review by the
Public Works Department Water Superintendent due to a change
in the number of lots in this subdivision.
The subdivision streets, water system, sanitary sewer
system, and drainage system have never been accepted by the
City of Coppell. All punch list items must be completed and
a final walk-through inspection must be held prior to
consideration of acceptance of this subdivision.
