In response to your request regarding development fees for Channel Pointe
Addition, our records indicate the development fees due at the time of a final
plat approval have been paid in full and will be applied to the single-family
47 lot development recorded with the Dallas County Records Department.
Other applicable fees will become due at the time of building permit review:
1. Water and Sewer Availability at $220.00 per unit
2. Water Connection at $I00.00 per meter
3. Sewer Connection at $100.00 per connection
4. Park Fund at $75.00 per unit
and all other fees due at the time of building permit application, if any.
