I have as~ld personnel to perform the walk through of the above
reference project and I have listed all deficient items on the punch list below.

Throughout the subdivision, all water services need to
be reinstalled to meet the City of Coppell standards.
It appears that the curb stops on the pressure side of
the meter yokes were installed 12" to 18" lower than the
yoke. Therefore, each service will have to be
reinstalled to properly line the lower curb stop up with
the meter yoke. Also make sure each water service has
a meter box that is installed to the proper grade and
is intact.

At each lot it will be necessary to verify and
properly mark each water and sewer service. Also make
sure the water and sewer services fall within the lot
lines for the lot to be served and there is at least nine
feet of separation between the water and sewer services.
Other than those items listed above, we have found no other deficiencies. Please
insure that each item is addressed and verified by Utilities personnel prior to
City acceptance of this project.
