The following is a list of deficient items that must be corrected prior
to issuance of City Acceptance Letter. As the deficient items are completed,
please notify appropriate department for verification.

1. All manholes and sanitary sewer line need to be flushed and cleaned.
2. 8" water in-line gate valve at 4 + 66.28 needs to be located.
3. There were several water and sewer services that we were not able to
locate, they are as follows:
1. BLOCK 1 - Lot 4 move (w) marker 2 feet south - Lot 1 no water or sewer
- Lot 8 no sewer
- Lot 9 raise meter box and no sewer
- Lot 10 sewer for this lot on Lot 11
- Lot 19 no sewer
- Lot 22 move (w) marker 2 feet east
2. BLOCK 2 - Lot 1 replace meter can - Lot 4 no sewer
- Lot 6 no sewer
- Lot 7 no sewer
- Lot 12 water for this lot on Lot 11
- Lot 13 no sewer
- Lot 14 move (w) marker 4 feet east
- Lot 15 raise meter can
- Lot 16 raise meter can

Steve, listed below are the items we found in our walk that need to be corrected:

Steve, I would say overall that they should make sure each lot has water/wastewater
services and they are properly marked before staff does final walk through.
