Channel Pointe Final
Steve, on 5/3/88 at the DRC meeting, we met wtih Amir Ghalibaf
of P. R. Engineering and Frank Horton of Forbes Development. The
following items were discussed:
1) The park site, the effected lots 9, 10, and 11 of Block 1 along
lake; Resolution: They have removed it from the plat.
2) Drafting Errors: When they drew new alley in Block 2, they had
erased the rear building line; Resolution: Amir will have his
draftsman put it back on.
3) Homeowner Maintenance Agreement: Required for property between
the wall and Parkway Blvd.; Resolution: Frank is using the form
from streetscape plan and Amir is putting verbage of plat.
4) Fee: Graften Corp. have paid fees, but at the time there were
more lots than the replat. Frank Horton will have to resolve this
with Finance Dept. for refunding, if applicable.
Amir and Frank will have copy of corrected plat and Homeowners
Maintenance Agreement to me by Friday, 5/6/88.
