Dear Ken:
I owe the City of Coppell a sincere apology for my lack of diligence and
unreasonably long time frame for resolving the driveway issues at the Sandy
Lake Road Baptist Church. It is not the policy of Kimley-Hom and Associates
for our project managers to be so slow to respond to such an important issue.
I have met with the pastor, Eric Walsh, and apologized to him personally. I
also visited with Calvin Nevels who sits on the Long Range Planning
Committee and apologized to him as well. I provided both gentlemen with an
update of the project.
Ken, I am prepared to apologize to anyone else and/or to make any appearances
necessary to help rectify my poor performance regarding the driveway. Please
let me know what further actions are needed.
