REQUEST:
Final Plat Approval
APPLICANT:
Graton Corporation/George Michulka
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Applicant is requesting final plat approval
in order to construct seventy-one (71) Single Family zero-lot line homes
on 8.89 acres of PD-TH-1 zoned property. The preliminary plat was
passed by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council as
Carmel at the Lakes of Coppell.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Approval with the stipulation that all
items requested by the Development Review
Committee have been addressed.
