Ballet Academy
No final walk-thru inspection has been requested or scheduled as of this date. There are
numerous items lacking before this project can be concluded. The partial list is as follows:
1. No water flush has been performed at the FDC and the fire line riser
2. Final report on the water sample(s) taken - no yellow copy provided
3. The water is not turned on yet
4. No meter or detector check inspection has been performed on the domestic or irrigation line
5. The fire line is not functioning (i.e. no water)
6. There is a possible issue with regard to the ADA slope requirements on the west driveway off
Fitness Court
7. Also a possible issue with slopes and cross-slopes on the ADA ramps of west driveway
8. No preliminary as-built plans have been submitted for review
9. No paving or utility maintenance bonds have been received
Other items in addition to those on this list may be revealed during a formal walk-thru
inspection. The owner or owner's representative (contractor) should contact this office when the
project is ready for a final walk-thru.
