RE: Road Closure Notice
Dear Mr. Fortune:
The City of CoppelI is hereby notifying you by this letter of an upcoming road/lane closure
that may affect your operation. The south lanes of Parkway Blvd. between Parkview/Alex
and Lodge Road will be closed beginning Monday, October 17th and for the two weeks
following to allow for road repair activities.
Your splicing vehicles will not be allowed to park on that section of roadway during the
road repair project, due to the necessary reduction of lanes. All traffic will be diverted to
the north lanes where traffic will be two-way for the duration of the project.
I want to remind you that obstruction of alleys, alley entrances and driving lanes is not
allowed outside the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The Engineering Dept. has received
complaints recently from residents concerning ingress / egress problems because of your
vehicles. Proper signage and advance warning of lane and/or alley obstruction is required
as part of City of Coppell permits. If you have any questions or want to discuss the matter,
