Representatives from the City of Coppell conducted a final walk-through inspection of the
project on September 26 and provided punch lists the two days following that date. Please
provide a status of items that are complete and a schedule to finish items not complete as of
today's date.
The City of Coppell withholds payment of the retainage monies until such time as all items are
considered complete per the contract documents. If you have any questions or need any
