Staff is in process of locating the easement docume~e
referenced project.
At this time Staff is unable to locate the easement document in our
files, but will continue searching.
If the easement document cannot be located, we will request the
project Engineer to resubmit additional easement documents.
Due to the present work load and other priorities we respectfully
request a time extension to complete this assignment by February 8,
1991.
If I can be of further assistance please let me know.
