On August 9, 2005, Bid # Q-0705-02 Acoustical Wall closed. The City Council
awarded the bid to H-B Construction, Inc. for the amount not to exceed
$44,070.00. The construction start date will be M_onday, October 10, 200,5. ·
Attached are four copies of the contract. Please sign all four contracts and return
all four contracts to the purchasing department. Once the contracts are returned
our City Manager will sign the contracts and an original will be returned to you.
Please include your Payment and Performance bonds as well as your
