A follow-up waik-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 12/20/95
and the items listed below have not been corrected.
Pump out fire vault and clean out bottom.
Clean out ail 4 meter boxes below bypass pipe.
Paint V on curb by each valve.
Ail three double checks need to be tested and results sent to Water Utilities Dept.
