Dear Mr. Head:
The City of Coppell has provided construction inspection services to the referenced
project since it was permitted on April 19, 2005. Several issues have been noted and
called to your attention during the course of construction. No formal walk-through
inspection has taken place however, so there is no official punch list available as of this
date. I would like to call to your attention several requirements that must be satisfied
before a Certificate of Occupancy can be issued:
1. The final report of water samples taken (yellow copy) must be provided.
2. Resolution of possible issue with ADA slope requirements on west driveway off
Fitness Court.
3. Resolution of possible issue with slopes and cross-slopes on the ADA ramps of west
driveway.
4. Submittal and acceptance of as-built plans from Engineer of Record.
5. Submittal of maintenance bonds for paving and utilities (50% of contract amount for
duration of two years).
