We had previously sent in a claim dated September 15, 1999 in the amount of $10,939.13
on behalf of Inlet Specialities, Inc. This is to advise you that our client, Inlet Specialities, Inc., has
received a check fi.om Ed Bell Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $10,939.13. Assuming
that this check clears with sufficient funds, we will be withdrawing our client's claim for such
amount submitted under cover of our letter dated September 15, 1999, representing amounts due for
labor performed and/or materials delivered during the month of July, 1999. This does not and w411
not affect our client's recent claim for $18,206.63 submitted under cover of our letter dated
October 15, 1999, for work performed during the month of August, 1999.
