Charlotte - apparently Troy Smith calculated the construction
inspection fee back in June when he filled out this permit
application. If any of the info has changed, such as quantities,
please substitute a new page 3 (blank pg 3 included in this fax) with
new quantities, calculations & back-up. The fee must be paid to
the Engineering Dept. prior to the pre-construction meeting. FYI - I
don't believe we have final construction plans for stamping. Those
will need to be received from the engineer of record, Keith Hamilton
prior to the pre-con.
Also the meter prices changed as of 8/05 so I included the
development fee chart with those new prices.
