1.
Extended warranty agreements $hall cover equipment for a
period of 10 years. <XL series products)
Coverage shall include parts and labor costs for the duration of
the agreement. (XL series productll)

Coverage shall cover any failure related to functional parts
internal to the equipment. (Parts & labor Trane agreement)
4.
Extended warranty agreements shall outline coverage as well
as exclusiOllil.
5.
Extomded warranty agreements shall be between the end user
and the manufacturer of the equipment. The installer of record
will be the selected provider of future 'lernce wh.n required, or
Trane will appoint another contractor to perform needed
service.
6.
All equipment covered by an Extended Warranty shall he
repaired by factory trained serv.ice technicians, selected by the
manufacturer, Trane.
All outdoor eligible XL1200 and XL1400 series units will be covered
to meet the above specifications using Trane Extended Warranties.

1. Eligible product is this cl3.$sification receive five years extended
warranties on the entire system heating and cooling contained
in the package unit.
2. Coverage shall include parts and labor cost for five years, the
duration of the warranty agreement.
3.
Coverage shall cover any failure related to functional parts
internal to the package writ.
4. Emnded warranty agreements shall outline coverage as well
as exclusions.
5. Extended wal'1:anty agreements shall be between the end US~
