It is our understanding that we need to adjust our concrete paving batch design to reflect a
minimum cement content of 5.5 sacks and that the cost for this adjustment will be included on
the next change order. As requested, Maxim Technologies, Inc. has modified our previously
approved concrete batch design to reflect 5.5 sacks of cement. I have enclosed a copy of the
revised design for your review.
