Patron complaint
Please find attached a letter from Ms. Janice Ruegg which was
delivered by hand and received at approximately 11.00 A.M.
on Monday, 9th September.
I spoke with Per Birdsall in the Streets Department that same
day, and arrangements were made to install.two.pa~king blocks
across the front of this parking space making it inaccessible
to cars. Per offered to spray the blocks blue and stencil in
"Bikes Only" in white paint. I also asked him if his men
could turn the rack around to make it easier for patrons to
use. Per was very understanding of this situation and was
most helpful and these changes will be made as soon as
possible.
I called Ms. Ruegg at approximately 5.00 P.M. that same day,
and informed her of the changes to be made.
On looking back through each month's suggestions from May
1995, when the suggestion box was installed, I was unable to
find any suggestion at all from this patron.
I hope these arrangements meet with your approval.
