Paint all fire hydrants yellow.
Mark f'we hydrant buttons blue in street at all f'lm hydrants.
All valves to have pads 18" X 18".
Mark on curb in red FHV at all FH valves.
Mark on curb in blue MLV at ail main llne valves.
No. valves tested worked.
No. F.H. tested PSI or worked.
Vault DC needs to be tested.
Domestic 2" DC needs to be tested.
Vault needs lock latch on top lid.
Paint vault lid blue.
Need dirt work at vault and meter cans to ground level.
Vault not inspected for blocking under valves or leak or valves open.
Sewer CO marked in red on curb (CO).
Remove concrete from sewer cleanout and paint llds red.
Paint Fire Dept. riser red.
Need letter from landscaper stating they will not cover water valves or sewer
cleanouts.
Need PSI test on FDC.
Did not walk sewer line on this date.
Mark under ground sleeves under paving.
