Walk thru for Fire Station # 1 (520 Southwestem~
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on 5/6/96
and the items below were found to be deficient.
1. put up fence to elevated tank. Make sure liuhts are inside fence.
Irri~,ation meter and check valve needs to be moved out of concrete as olans
deli?hate, Clean out both boxes below fittings.
Domestic meter and double check needs to be moved out of concrete as olans
desit, nate. Clean out both boxes and need to see bypass line.
Fire hydrant valve needs to be put in a valve stack and brou~,ht to ~,round level.
5. Locate main line valve between admit building and new Fire Station buildinm
6. Locate sewer clean out.
