Fire Station on MacArthur Blvd.
Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Need to straiqhten up ML valve stack in front of buildinq on
MacArthur on South end.
Need proper cleanout cap on all cleanouts. Take lid off so I
can reinsDect line. Total of 3 cleanouts.
Pour new Dad around MLV at MacArthur & Condor.
Chanae out valve stack due to broken pieces.
Clean out meter can 6" below meters & double check.
Need metal can to reDlace plastic box.
Fire hydrant in rear leakinq at bottom.
Vault in rear needs to be DUmDed out and reinsDected.
Need CaD on Siamese hookups.
Put button on street for all fire hydrants & mark curb.
