Per The Plaza dry bore permit, which was received on September 16~, 2005, the flowline of the 8" waterline
was designed to be at 462.50. It was recently determined that an existing fiber optic cable located under the
west lanes of Denton Tap Road is at an approximate elevation of 462.5 _+. Based on discussions between a
Verizon representative and Skaggs Road Boring, Inc., it was determined proposed 8" water
main four feet (4') to 458.50 would be sufficient to ¢ 1.5'
