Reset meter cans; domestic and irrigation not ready.
Need paperwork on DC vault and domestic.
Need paperwork on irrigation DC.
Vault holding water; must be dry and trash cleaned out.
Need plugs: large and small in vault.
F.H. street buttons missing; all F.H. in blue.
Repair broken valve pads.
Mark valve in drainage line with marker.
Mark SMLV and MLV in red on curb on State Road.
Need letter from landscaper not to cover valves or sewer cleanouts.
Paint sewer manhole lid red.
Paint M.H. in red on street and metal rail.
Clean around manhole lid.
Call Danny Hightower at 972-462-5150 to check punch list when completed.
