Meter can lid needs to be grotmd down to fit in meter can.
Test ports on 2" double check need to be cleaned out and capped.
Need plugs for curb stops at water meters.
Double check on 2" irrigation
Pump out vault; clean and paint double check on both vaults.
Center valve stack at FI-I valve, NW comer.
Blue reflective button at each FH
Valve extension on FH valve, NW comer.
Locate and put down valve pads on Bums from Hammond to Freeport: all new and
existing valves.
FH valve stack on SW comer need slxaightened and centered on valve.
Clean out FH valve stack and replace lid.
Mark valve on curb for all FH and valves.
Mark end of sewer line on curb.
Clean out valve stack at NE vault.
Sewer clean out next to NE vault full of dirt.
Move pad back: sewer clean out near NE vault.
Replace lid on storm drain (wrong lid).
No water to building; cannot see flow to any sewer clean out.
All of easement area (on Bums and Freeport) needs to be inspected after landscaping is
finished.
