The City of Coppell's City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 10, 2005, accepted your
proposal for the Denton Tap Road 16-Inch Water Line project and awarded you a contract in the amount of
$791,659.50.
We are enclosing for your execution, six (6) copies of the following documents:

· Bid Affidavit · Payment Bond
., Standard Form of Agreement · Maintenance Bond
Upon completion, please return all copies to our office for further execution by the Owner. Also please
provide a certificate of insurance in accordance with Item 1.26 - Insurance of the Supplementary Conditions.
