I just received a faxed copy of the letter from Mr. Joe C.
Hinckley, Mr. Glen Hinckley's uncle, today. In this letter Mr.
J.C. Hinckley is making three requests and they are:
1) That ... his 4.5 Acre tract will not be assessed under any
circumstances, even though there may be a remote possibility of
some drainage outfalling into the box culvert; based on my
understanding.
2) That ... Mills Lane be reopened and that 50 (feet) R.O.W.
with a 37 (feet) pavement width are acceptable. Please note the
attached concept plan is not clear. However, it appears to me that
he is requesting a connection from High School's fire lane to
Denton Tap Road.
3) That ... an additional, access ~e a~roved for the Western
portion of the property, possibly loopang Mills Lane to connect to
Sandy Lake Road.
Please note that I also contacted Mrs. Boorhem and she has not
received the executed easement document from her partners yet.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Next check date: August 29, 1990.
