Steve Goram, Director of Public Works
M. shohre Danesh~nd, ~ting City Engineer
Connell Skaggs Drainage Improvement
(Tickler 8/10/90)
I contacted Mrs. Pat Boorhe~ on Friday, August 10, 1990, and she indicated that
her partners are executing the drainage easement doo,,-~nts and she should have
it ready for submittal to the City by next Monday.
I have been trying to contact Mr. Glen Hinckley, since I did not receive his
reaponse letter last Monday, August 6, 1990, as he had promised. I did receive
a call today from Mr. Hinckley and he made the following cz-.-.~nts~
That his uncle is the owner of the 4.5 acre tract, where this
eas~nt is needed, and he is only assiating his uncle.
That his uncle has some concerns over a few items covered in Steve
~oram's letter, dated July 6, 1990, one being the pro rata coat for
construction of the 10' x 8' box culvert, and the other is the
proposed plan for Mills Lane making a loop turn toward Sandy Lake
Road.
That his uncle is concerned, since the letter states there will be
no pro rata COSt . . . if the property does not contribute any
drainaae discharge into said box culvert. Glen also indicated that
he has provided you with a plan on Mills Lane and he wants City to
conceptually approve it. (Please note that I have not seen such
plan).
In conclusion, Mr. Hinckley indicated that his uncle is willing to sign the
drainage doc~n~nt, but a response letter will be sent to the City (no clear).
He said he would check with his uncle and call me back.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
