Need valve extension to bring up to 4' from top of valve stack.
Need plugs for all ball valves on DC in vault (2 vaults).
Need bracing under wheel valves in vault (2 vaults).
Paint top lid blue on 2 vaults.
Open bypass in vaults.
Remove dirt for drainage around 2 vaults.
Paint all F.H. valve lids red.
All F.H. need blue marker buttons on street to mark F.H.
Mark all F.H. valves in red on curb.
F.H. need chains to all caps.
Mark WAD in red on curb.
Mark manhole in red on curb.
Mark FLV in red on curb f'we llne to building.
Valve stack at S.E. of building to city F.H. clean dirt so can work valve.
Remove dirt at valve to F.H. in middle of building on east side or raise valve stack
(too low).
Valve off 12" line to Executive Dr. not working. Valve must work to cut off water to
Executive Dr.
Domestic 2" meter must be on to check for leaks. Clean out bottom of meter can
below lower fitting to check bypass cutoff.
2" DC needs to be tested and ball valves need plugs.

19. Irrigation meter is set but no 2" DC at this time-cannot check for leak. DC will need
to be tested.
20. Mark on curb DWS in blue for 2" domestic meter.
21. Replace valve stack and pad at F.H. northwest of building.
22. Clean valve stack to City F.H. on west side of building.
