Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 Mrs. Pat Boorhem Foxwood Plantation 8144 Walnut Hill Lane Dallas, TX 75231 Re: Connell-Skaggs Drainage Improvement Dear Mrs. Boorhem~ As you may know, we are presently coordinating the effort for a major drainage improvement in the vicinity of Woodside Village Shopping Center (formerly known as Connell-Skaggs). In order to proceed with an adequate drainage system and to minimize the cost, we respectfully request that you dedicate a twenty five feet (25') drainage easement to the City of Coppell. This drainage easement will enable Connell Development CO. to construct a 10' x 8' box culvert along the western boundary of Woodside Village Shopping Center, your property, and other adjacent properties, for a connection to the existing downstream drainage system. Please note that in case of any future development of your property, this 25' drainage easement will be included as part of any required side or rear building set back, and/or fire lane, thereby not adversely impacting your property. It is our understanding that the structural design of such box culvert will not prohibit the construction of any future assess drive over said box culvert. We look forward to working with you toward completion of this major drainage improvement. Upon your agreement, the necessary documents will be prepared for final execution.
