Connell/Skaggs Drainage Project
To follow up to our meeting today with Glen Hinkley regarding the
above referenced matter, you are going to research Ginn, Inc.
records and review the concerns expressed byMr. Hinkley.
Those were:
Pro rata be assessed at the time of development if the
developer does not need to use the storm sewer system which
will be constructed by Connell Development.
Willow Lane future improvement in the form of a 37 foot back-
to-back as part of a road system circulating traffic from
Denton Tap around the Hinkley/Boorhem property and south to
Sandy Lake Road.
The construction method proposed will be designed sufficiently
to accommodate vehicular traffic in the even roadway is
constructed.
Larry Davis will research the city records regarding the platting
and approval of the High School and the Connell Skaggs Shopping
Center to determine whether there is any official record or
agreement as to city commitment regarding the Willow Lane through
street south to Sandy Lake Road.
Sheri Moino will attempt to make contact with the Boorhem's next
week to schedule a date to meet and discuss the easement dedication
for the storm sewer system.
