I have contacted Glen Hinkley, Jim Loch, John Karlsruher, who will
all be at the meeting on the 16th at 8:00 a.m., which is to be held
in the First Floor Conference Room.
I attempted to contact Hs. Boorhem and discovered that she will be
out of the Country till the 21st. I have contacted Ms. Boorhem's
Secretary (Barbara) and requested her to see if Hs. Boorhem had a
representative that could be present to receive the information
presented at that meeting such as an attorney or engineer. Barbara
did not return this call by 4:00 p.m. today and the response I
received from another secretary was that she was in a meeting and
that it would probably have to wait until Monday.
The meeting is set
questionable.
