Walk-thru Koll Center 800 Freeport 9/12/01
1. S.E. need pad around valve stack to vault.
2. Irrigation needs metal meter can at DC on all.
3. Need caps on curb top stacks.
4. Paint meter can lld blue and vault lids blue and valve stacks blue on MLV valves.
5. Paint on curb in blue IRR & DOM.
6. Test DC in vaults and domestic and irrigation.
7. MLV to vault needs valve extension.
8. Mark on curb MLV in blue.
9. Need plugs in ali ball valves DC and vaults.
10. Need lock latch on all vault lids.
11. Uncover valves to FH and stub out on I~ammom.
12. Uncover FH or raise FH so Fire Department can open.
13. Block under wheel valve in vaults.
14. Seal vaults at pipe and seam.
15. Clean meter earn below lower fittings.
16. Locate and uncover City sewer cleanout for inspection.
17. Back f'dl around FH 2" from SE corner.
18. Need letter from landscaper stating that he will not cover valves or manholes.
19. Raise meter can to curb high to Buildln~ 2.
20. Reset FIt markers in street (loose).
21. Need valve extension on FII valve SW side of Buildin_~ 2 - 1' FH.

23. Need valve extension on MLV at NE side of Building 3.
24. Need valve extension on FIt east of Building 3 - 2'~ FH.

26. Need valve extension at NE of Builtlln~ 1 FH.
27. ~aln line water valve stack repair at Building I next to FLV to Building 1.
28. Need to repair City main line sewer DO at Buildings I & 2.
29. Need extension on north FI] at Buildings I & 2 in MID.
30. Clean 2" manhole of dirt from south CO.
31. ~Vlanhole north of building 3 needs chimney seal and rain pan and concrete around top
