Dear Mr. Hightower:
Per you conversation with Bryan Daigle on September 26, 2001 it is out intention to
locate the existing Stainless Steel'stub up on the south side of 701 Hammond Street and
bring eleanout to grade. In addition we will attempt to locate two (2) fireline valves
servicing fire hydrant on Hammond Street. We will have th~s wodc completed no later
than C~tober 12, 2001. Additional items to be completed by September 28, 2001:
1. Paint irrigation backflow preventer can
2. Cap test ports
3. Fax direa;t to Danny the backflow preventer test reports
4. Cut curb cut off stack no more than 2" above grade
5. At north meter vault install cap at 1 te~t port.
