Test DC in vaults and domestic and irrigation.
MLV to vault needs valve extension.
Mark on curb MLV in blue.
Need plugs in all ball valves DC and vaults.
Need lock latch on all vault lids.
Uncover valves to FH and stub out onHammo~.~'
Uncover FH or raise FH so Fire D~partment can open.
Block under wheel valve in vaults.
Seal vaults at pipe and seam.
Clean meter cam below lower fittings.

Back fill around FH 2'~ from SE corner.
Need letter from landscaper stating that he will not cover valves or manholes.
Raise meter can to curb high to Building 2.
Reset Ftt markers in street (loose).
