Walk-thru Tradepoint 980 W. Bethel
1. Fireline not ready at S.E. side of building.
2. Ia valve on S.W. Corner needs pod and valve extension.
3. Mark on street MLV in blue with oil base point.
4. Need poperwork on 2 8" DCs.
5. Remove hose from irrigation curbstop.
6. After irrigation meter is on DC, need to see poperwork on 2" Irrigation DC (no meter
or DC in at this time).
7. Need pod on FLV to f'weline S.W. of building and point FLV in red.
8. Street marked at all flre hydrants in blue buttons.
9. Letter from landscaper stating that valves or manholes will not be covered.
10. Valve to fwe hydrant at middle of building on east side needs extension.
11. Check and straighten f'we hydrant at S.E. of building - fire hydrant has been hit.
12. Repair pod on MLV at S.E. corner next to fire hydrant and clean stack so valve can
be turned.
13. DOM DC needs plugs - clean meter can to bypass.
14. IRR. DC 2" test the one in ground and need curb stop cutoff.
15. City fwe hydrant needs dirt around them lowered to base of fire hydrant and ali
valves at ground level (5' around est. lower).
16. Fire hydrant valve S.W. of building valve stack needs to be straightened to work valve
wrench.
17. Support under wheel valves in vault.

18. City manhole on Bethel - remove and plug per larry Davis.
19. Manhole N.E. needs bottom ring - it's loose.
20. Mark on curb in red MH for manholes and paint manhole lids red.
21. Flush sewer line of dirt.
