Dear Mr. Gotham:
At Mr. Ginn's instructions we are notifying you of Explorer Pipe-
line's intent on March 7, 1988. to begin construction. Explorer's
contractor will need to work inside the fence along the east and
north sides of your service center. Once again, the buses will need
to be temporarily moved to allow construction. Weather permitting,
the work should be completed in 30 days.
