Dear Mr. Hilgendorf:
Please furnish the City with a drawing depicting the size of area
that will be affected in the construction of your fuel line. We
do not require a detailed drawing, but the area affected by
dirt/soil placement will need to be shown.
Ail temporary fencing will be constructed in a manner equal to
the existing fence.
The manner .and location .of the City's surplus materials and
automobiles to be relocated will be directed and supervised by
Public Works representatives.
I am still waiting for information on corrosion control data
its effect on our existing fuel tanks as previously requested.

Dear Mr. Morton;
Per your request during our phone conversation
this morning, the fence around the City of Coppell
Maintenance Facility will be removed for construction
purposes along the open channel and for the boring of
the driveway to this facility. Explorer,s contractor
will be responsible for the final replacement of the
E-W fence along Bethel Road. Uvalde Construction,
contractors for DeShazo, Starek & Tang, will be
responsible for final replacement of the N-S fence
along the drainage channel. Explorer's contractor will
be responsible for the temporary fence around the
facility until the final replacement of both E-W and
N-S fences are complete. All of these items will be
further clarified during the pre-construction meeting.
Explorer's contractor will move the junk cars and
materials off of the right-of-way for construction
purposes.
Hopefully this letter will answer your questions
about security around the City's maintenance facility.
