1. Blow off at end of City water line needs "45" for City to flush.
2. Domestic DC needs brass plugs
3. Lrrigation DC needs brass plugs
4. Fire lines DC's need brass plugs: 4 large, 4 small
5. Repair vault lid; will not lock
6. Sewer manholes need rain pan (3)
7. Mark on curb "FHV" in red at fire hydrant valves
8. Street fire hydrant marker button in street blue
9. Paint on curb "MLV" in blue on curb at main line valves
10. Fire hydrant leaking - second from Denton Tap
11. Fire hydrant leaking - first from Denton Tap
12. Water mainline valve at Denton Tap needs ext., foot, and new pad
