Development Fee Assessment
Dear Mr. Vexler:
Enclosed is a revised copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment Table. No
payment is required at this time. Paragraph 14 of the CED Settlement Agreement approved by
City Council on June 12, 1997 waives up to $51,000.00 of fees for this property during the
initial two-year time frame after approval.
Please refer to a~aehed table for additional fees. Also, provide a copy of the Engineer's
estimate or conWact to our office so the construction inspection fee can be verified.
Construction inspection fees and building permit fees may also be waived until such time as the
$51,000.00 has been exhausted. The attached Fee Table waives $42,883.15 of the $51,000.00.
This leaves a balance of $8116.85 that could still be waived prior to June 12,1999.
