Reset meter can on blow off; place dirt around can at ground level.
.~ 2. Plan~ call for 2' water meter service, l' moter was installed; no 2" bypass in
place
on
~ ~f~l" meter loop. In order to have !' meter, it must be approved by City on
[' ~.~ $~ (~ plan~ and service must be chan.~ed to 1".
~. Mark in red FHV on curb.
Place blue marker in street to mark FH.
Mark on curb MH in red at ail manholes.
2~d manhole from bark of building must be sealed.
2~d manhole needs to be grouted at pipe into manhole to stop inflow from ground
wa~r.
9. Locate covered manhole on 30" sewer line and call 972-304-3545 to check for work
needed after locate.
10. Place chimney seal on sewer manhole running 18" sewer line.
