Walk-thru Coppell Greens
Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Turnberry Lane: Lot 1 side yard remove redwood strip & seal
at drive approach to Denton Tap.
2. Denton Tap not enough seal in some places along existing con-
crete & seal curb return on south end of approach.
3. Finish brick pavers on ADA.
4. Seal curb and saw cut at ADA at lot #46.
Drop inlet at the back of lot #34 needs top.
Clean out RCP same location; ditch needs safety fence or RCP
needs to be extended & back fill behind lots 34 & 35.
Center saw cut in cir lots 30-36 1/4" depth; all other saw
cuts are 1.5" or better in depth.
Kilbridge Lane: Cir same as Turnbarry Lane - Lots 20-14.
Turnbarry Lane Island Cir: Box culvert back of lot #5 erosion
control clean out.
10. Kilbridge Ln/Fallkirk Dr S.E. corner seal manhole at lot #5
and remove form and seal ADA ramp.
11. Kilbridge Ln/Kilmichael Dr point 512.57 out & seal random
crack.
12. Drop inlet behind lot #8 Fallkirk Dr. lid missing & clean out.
13. Fallkirk Dr. clean out RCP at the south end before attaching
additional RCP phase 2 safety fence needed.
