Mr. Dowdey's concerns are appreciated and un, erstandable.
Staff believes that the aeration is required if the lake is going
to be at its best level of appearance in the long term.
Since the City of Coppell is committing to perform maintenance
to this area, it would be difficult to do so without the added
assurance which staff believes the aerator will provide.
Kev~n's comment regarding discussion internally I would support.
